Welcome to our safe and non judgmental space for women dealing with trauma. If you are like me, therapy doesn't feel right and that can leave you feeling very alone and unable to heal. I eventually found a way through spirituality to work through my trauma and I want to share it with everyone in hopes you can all heal as well. It is possible!

On September 10th, we will venture into your triggers, how to deal with them and how to begin healing your past through spirituality with things like affirmations, meditations, sound and more!

Investment is $44 and this will run from 12pm to 5pm at Baba's Art Haus.
